How to Pre-Order Google's New Pixel 9 Phones and Get the Best Deals
This year's Made by Google event was full of big announcements. During the livestream, the company unveiled everything from upgraded Pixel Buds to wild new abilities for its Gemini AI. But even in an event so stuffed with exciting hardware and software announcements, the star of the show was undoubtedly Google's new Pixel 9 lineup. The company unveiled three new Pixel 9 models (ranging from $799 to more than $1,199), as well as a new foldable, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold ($1,799) These won't hit store shelves for a few more weeks, but if you can't wait to get your hands on them, we've rounded up all the ways you can place an order right away. Here's where you can pre-order all of the new Google Pixel phones: Google Pre-Order Deals Google has 13 deals in total for its new Pixel lineup, ranging from $100 to $350 in Google store credit, depending on which model you purchase. To qualify, you must be located in the US and purchase the device before August 28. On top of that, you can also get $500 back in monthly bill credits (over a 24-month period) if you sign up for a Google Fi Wireless plan. T-Mobile Pre-Order Deals If you're not looking to switch over to Google's Wireless plan, T-Mobile also has some pretty steep discounts as well. In addition to its usual "add a new line and save" discount, T-Mobile is offering $100 off on the Pixel 9 Pro and $200 off the Pixel 9 Pro XL with no strings attached. If you're looking to trade-in an old device or add a line, T-Mobile is offering up to $1,000 off. To qualify, the line must be the carrier's Go5G Plus/Next or Go5G Business Plus/Next plans. You can also pre-order the new devices and get double the storage at no extra cost. So, if you were looking to pre-order the 128GB model, you can pre-order the 256GB model through T-Mobile for the same price. AT&T Pre-Order Deals AT&T also offers the same deal, allowing you to save significantly on storage if you pre-order within the next 8 days. On top of that, AT&T also has some of the best deals available, allowing you to trade in eligible devices and snag the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL for free. The carrier is also offering an installment plan for the Pixel 9 that starts at $10.99 per month and no trade-in. Verizon Pre-Order Deals If you have a device that qualifies (and usually, to qualify, you need to own the immediate predecessor of the device you want to purchase), you can trade it in and get up to $800 in savings. Verizon business customers can snag a free 256GB Pixel 9 with an eligible trade-in device. Verizon is also offering a similar deal, claiming a "free memory upgrade when you order your Pixel 9 or Pixel 9 Pro XL." To sweeten the deal, Verizon will even throw in "NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube and YouTube TV on us when you purchase a new Google Pixel 9 and sign up for a new line on Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate." Pre-orders begin today at Google and all major mobile carriers. If you're not looking to pre-order, the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL will be available in stores on August 22, followed shortly thereafter by the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which are set to hit stores on September 4.
