After a year-long lull, the tech industry is showing renewed interest in hiring fresh graduates. In the first half of FY25, entry-level and early-career roles (0-3 years of experience) dominated the job listings on GL Excelerate, accounting for 59.2% of all postings. Mid-level roles (3-7 years of experience) made up 35.3% of the listings 1.
