Vadodara: The dean of M S University's Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof Ambika Patel, has been invited as a speaker and panelist at the International Forum of United Cultures in St Petersburg by Russia's Ministry of Culture to be held from Sep 12 and 14. The central theme of the anniversary forum will be 'Culture of the XXI Century: Sovereignty or Globalism?'
