To help businesses decide what to build next, the platform recommends insights through automatically analyzing customer calls, research, and surveys
Riley AI, an AI-powered product discovery agent, today launched from stealth with $3 million in seed funding led by Vertex Ventures US, with participation from NextView Ventures, Hyphen Capital, and leading product angel investors. The company designed the platform with 500+ community members of product managers and user researchers. The company is now launching out of beta and taking new customers at: https://www.askriley.io/.
Product team's problems: massive data on new products go untapped
Large businesses are sitting on mountains of untapped potential hidden within their data. Teams across product, research, sales, and marketing collect customer insights through surveys, interviews, support tickets, and usage analytics, yet these insights often remain siloed, scattered across different tools and departments. Without a unified way to analyze and connect these data points, opportunities to discover new product ideas or refine strategies slip through the cracks. This fragmented approach not only delays decision-making but also leaves companies vulnerable to competitors who can act faster on similar insights.
"We are thrilled to be an early customer of Riley. It has undoubtedly given us an edge against our competitors," said Yujia Cao, Senior Research Manager at Kiwi. "Riley has already provided relevant recommendations that drive our key business metrics. As more data channels are integrated with their platform, it will only become more impactful for our product strategy."
