In the area of career development and support, a career planning guide helps employees create structured career progression plans with tailored goals, roadmaps and skill development plans. A performance and goals assistant helps employees improve goal-writing strategies and prepare for performance reviews. A learning and training adviser recommends relevant learning and training opportunities. In the area of compensation benefits management, a timecard assistant automates timecard submissions. Another advisor guides people through tax withholding selections. Compensation Guidelines Analyst informs managers' salary decisions based on market trends and company policies. The Leave and Absence Analyst helps with time-off requests and clarifies rights and benefits based on individual circumstances. For employee lifecycle management, a new hire onboarding assistant provides new employees with information about policies and company culture.
