Reimagining Work Processes with AI

Both Workday and Deloitte stress the need to fundamentally rethink work processes when integrating AI, rather than simply automating existing procedures. Gerrit Kazmaier, President of Product and Technology at Workday, warns against the simplistic view that AI will figure out everything on its own. He notes that 'models are very poor still at instruction following' and that sophisticated systems require careful engineering to make AI work effectively in an enterprise context
