ASUS Unveils New AI-Powered Vivobook Laptops in India

ASUS has expanded its AI PC portfolio in India with the launch of new Vivobook models, showcasing the company's commitment to AI-driven innovation in the laptop market. The new lineup includes the Vivobook S14 (M3407KA) and Vivobook 14 (M1407KA), powered by AMD Ryzen AI processors, as well as refreshed Intel-based models Vivobook 15 (X1504VA) and Vivobook 14 (X1407CA) 12.

Advanced AI Capabilities

The star feature of the new Vivobook S14 and Vivobook 14 is the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor, which comes with a dedicated XDNA NPU capable of up to 50 TOPS (Tera Operations Per Second) for AI workloads 3. This significant AI processing power enables a range of AI-driven features, including:

  • Windows Studio Effects for enhanced video calls
  • Live Captions for real-time subtitles
  • ASUS StoryCube for content organization and creativity

Both laptops are part of the Copilot+ PC lineup, featuring a dedicated Copilot key for quick access to AI assistance 3. These AI enhancements are designed to improve productivity, content creation, and daily computing tasks.

The Vivobook 14 offers a 14-inch FHD+ IPS display with TÜV Rheinland certification for reduced blue light emission 13. It's slightly thicker at 1.79cm and weighs 1.46kg 3.

Performance and Battery Life

Both models incorporate ASUS IceCool Technology and customizable fan profiles through the MyASUS app for optimal thermal management 3. The Vivobook S14 is equipped with a 70Wh battery, claiming up to 23 hours of usage, while the Vivobook 14 features a 42Wh battery 14.
