Per OpenAI, users may be experiencing issues logging in to their ChatGPT accounts, having conversations with the chatbot, uploading files, or using voice mode. ChatGPT is not the only AI tool that has had a rough spell lately. Anthropic's Claude also experienced an outage just over a week ago. Hundreds of users saw a "This isn't working right now" error message, and some even struggled with the log-in pipeline during the downtime. Away from AI chatbots, TikTok also experienced long spells of service disruption soon after its US operations deal was finalized.
