The Intel Core Ultra 200V series is the first to be manufactured by TSMC, using the N3B (3nm) process for the compute tile and N6 for the platform tile, offering up to 20+ hours of battery life during productivity usage. Configurations: Available in Core Ultra 5, 7, and 9 variants, each featuring 8 CPU cores (4 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores) with 8 threads and no hyperthreading. Performance: Up to 50% power savings compared to Meteor Lake processors. Lion Cove performance cores are 14% faster, and Skymont efficiency cores double the performance of their predecessors. Memory: On-package RAM available in 16GB or 32GB LPDDR5x-8533 dual-channel memory. Built-in RAM is non-upgradable but ensures greater power efficiency and lower consumption. Graphics and AI: Features Xe2 integrated GPUs with up to 67 TOPS, providing a 1.5x improvement over previous Xe GPUs. AI tasks are managed by an updated neural processing unit (NPU) with up to 48 TOPS on the 6x Gen4 version. Connectivity: Supports PCI-Express 5, Thunderbolt 4, USB4, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and Gigabit Ethernet. Copilot+ PC features: All devices with these processors running the latest Windows version will be eligible for a free Copilot+ PC features update in November 2024.
