Wipro bags five-year multi-million contract from Etihad Airways

As part of the five-year contract, Wipro FullStride Cloud will deliver a customised cloud-based solution that will provide Etihad Airways real-time insights into their resource utilisation and improve operational agility and scalability for their global operations, it added. The deal is part of the third quarter deal bookings, the company highlighted. For the third quarter ending December 2024, total deal bookings declined sequentially by 1.3% to stand at $3.5 billion. Large deal bookings stood at $0.96 billion. Recently, Wipro posted a 24.5% rise year-on-year in consolidated net profit for the quarter for the October to December period at Rs 3,353.8 crore, which sequentially grew by 4.5%. During the same period, consolidated revenue rose 0.5% and weaker by 0.1% on a quarter-on-quarter basis to Rs 22,318.8 crore.
