Raju Vegesna, Chief Evangelist at Zoho, explained the vision behind this transformation: "What if we can take all of these applications and make them behave like a single application? Where you remove the boundaries between these applications and the data, and make the entire thing behave like a single, unified experience, where the context becomes the king"

The platform now serves over 75,000 businesses worldwide, with each organization using an average of 22 applications from the suite. This widespread adoption has demonstrated a 27% compound annual growth rate in India over the past eight years

AI-Powered Intelligence Across Applications

Central to the new experience is Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, which now provides cross-application intelligence and contextual insights. The AI system aggregates data from multiple sources, including third-party platforms, to deliver actionable insights without compromising user privacy. Importantly, Zia's models do not use customer data for training, ensuring compliance and data security

The AI capabilities include enterprise search functionality and the Ask Zia assistant, both accessible from the Zoho One status bar. Vegesna emphasized the contextual integration approach: "We are not calling it out separately, we are basically embedding it contextually so that the user does not even know that they're using AI here"

Zia Hubs represents a significant advancement in content organization, automatically gathering documents and meeting recordings to answer complex queries such as "Which of my contracts auto renew in the next three months?" Contextual Spaces Transform User Navigation

The platform introduces "Spaces" as the new organizational framework, grouping applications based on work context rather than functional silos. Zoho One now supports up to 100 custom home screens, enabling organizations to manage multiple teams or business units within a single platform. Boards within these spaces consolidate information from various sources, including dashboards with analytics, task lists, project overviews, and shared email inboxes. An action panel groups items requiring attention, such as upcoming meetings, uncompleted tasks, and unread messages
