Murali Swaminathan joins Freshworks following his tenures as an engineering executive at ServiceNow and CA Technologies Freshworks Inc. (NASDAQ: FRSH) today announced that Murali Swaminathan will join the company as its Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Murali will be responsible for Freshworks' technology roadmap and strategy, leading the company's global engineering and architecture teams. He holds a master's degree in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor's degree in electronics and instrumentation from Annamalai University in India.
