Broadcom partners with Hitachi Vantara to introduce cloud solution for AI

Broadcom (NASDAQ:AVGO) and Hitachi Vantara have collaborated to introduce a new private and hybrid cloud solution, meant to handle the complexities of data proliferation and artificial intelligence requirements, the companies announced today. The new solution combines Hitachi Vantara's Unified Compute Platform with Broadcom's VMware Cloud Foundation. Hitachi Vantara is a data storage, infrastructure and hybrid cloud management subsidiary of Hitachi (OTCPK:HTHIY). "As more businesses face the realities of the AI age, they are actively seeking solutions that help them scale and improve data reliability without sacrificing on cost or environmental commitments," said Octavian Tanase, chief product officer, Hitachi Vantara.
