To answer these questions and more, we will be in conversation with: Idriss Kechida, Global Data Protection Officer, OpenAI Idriss Kechida is Global Data Protection Officer at OpenAI. Prior to joining OpenAI, he served as SVP, Associate General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer at Match Group (Tinder, Match, Hinge, etc.) where he founded and led the company's global privacy program. He also worked at PayPal and Baker McKenzie, where he regularly advised start-ups as well as large companies on their domestic and cross-border ITC transactions, data privacy projects as well as internet and telecom-related matters. Derek Ho, Assistant General Counsel, Mastercard Derek Ho is the Assistant General Counsel for privacy and data protection at Mastercard for the Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe and Middle East Africa regions. Derek is a Singapore qualified lawyer and he specialises in privacy and data protection and technology law. Prior to Mastercard, Derek held senior legal positions in multinational companies in the Asia Pacific region, and was part of Drew & Napier LLC's telecommunications, media and technology practice in Singapore. In addition to his work at Mastercard, Derek serves in various advisory roles with different organizations, including as a member of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission's Advisory Committee on Data Protection, a member of the DIFC Digital Economy Court Working Group, and a member of the OECD AI Expert Group on AI, Data and Privacy. Sriram SL, Data Protection Officer, Zomato Sriram SL is the Data Protection Officer for the Zomato group of companies, including Blinkit and Hyperpure, where he spearheads data protection initiatives and drives compliance with laws and best practices. He was previously an attorney with J. Sagar Associates specialising in data and technology laws, as well as white collar crime laws having extensively advised clients on matters of data privacy and protection across various industries and sectors. He now leverages this expertise to oversee the personal data of millions of Zomato users. Mujgan Caba, Senior Compliance Officer, Truecaller Mujgan is the Data Protection Officer of Truecaller, specializing in global privacy and data protection laws. She has extensive experience in navigating complex legal frameworks and driving privacy initiatives within dynamic and fast-growing organizations. Passionate about the legal implications of emerging technologies, Mujgan oversees Truecaller's compliance with the evolving EU digital regulations. She holds a Master's degree in International Law from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Istanbul.
