The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 series have landed, with high-end specs and a whole lot of AI
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra (left) and Galaxy S24 FE (right) (Image credit: Samsung / Future) Following a flurry of leaks - including some from Samsung itself - the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S10 Ultra have now been unveiled. If you've been following along with these leaks, this won't be much of a surprise - and nor will their specs - but they all sound like promising devices. Starting with the phone, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. That's the biggest screen Samsung has ever put on an FE phone, up from the 6.4-inch Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. The new phone also has a 4,700mAh battery (up from 4,500mAh on the previous model), and once again supports 25W wired charging, as well as "fast" wireless charging. There's a high-end Exynos 2400e chipset with support for ray tracing, and that's paired with 8GB of RAM and a vapor chamber that's 1.1x larger than the one in the Galaxy S23 FE. What Samsung is really making a big deal about, though, is the AI-enhanced camera, which includes a 50MP wide camera, a 12MP ultra-wide (with a 123-degree field of view), an 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP front-facing camera. Now, those are the same camera specs as you'll find on the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, but here they're boosted by Samsung's AI-driven ProVisual Engine, which can improve low-light performance, deliver optical-quality 2x zoom, and optimize colors for more vibrant and lifelike images and videos. When it comes time to edit your photos, you can then make use of things like Generative Edit, which uses AI to move and remove objects. These aren't the only AI tools baked into the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE either, as the phone also has the likes of Circle to Search, Live Translate, and Note Assist - features that we've previously seen on the rest of the Samsung Galaxy S24 line. The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will be available to order from October 4 in Blue, Graphite, Gray, Mint, and Yellow colors, costing $649.99 / £649 for a 128GB version and $709.99 / £699 for a model with 256GB of storage. Then there's the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Both tablets have a 120Hz AMOLED screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, an IP68 rating, and a 13MP main and 8MP ultra-wide camera. They also both come bundled with an S Pen stylus, and come in a choice of Moonstone Gray or Platinum Silver shades. The Plus has a 12.4-inch 2,800 x 1,752 display, a 12MP front-facing camera, 12GB of RAM, a 10,090mAh battery with 45W charging, and up to 512GB of storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, on the other hand, has a 14.6-inch 2,960 x 1,848 display, a dual-lens 12MP selfie camera, up to 16GB of RAM, an 11,200mAh battery with 45W charging, and up to 1TB of storage. Both tablets additionally support AI features like Circle to Search, Note Assist, and Sketch to Image. They both ship on October 3, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus starts at $999.99 / £999, while the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra starts at $1,199.99 / £1,199, with prices rising for more storage, and for versions with mobile connectivity.

Samsung just had a big event -- 4 new Galaxy devices it dropped, including new Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra
Samsung reveals a crop of new Galaxy devices. Credit: Kimberly Gedeon / Mashable Samsung hosted an event in NYC on Thursday, Sept. 26, revealing a handful of new devices, including new tablets, a phone, and a watch. As expected this time of year, Samsung revealed the Galaxy Tab S10+ and the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Interestingly, there isn't a base model this year, so you won't find an entry-level Galaxy Tab S10 in this lineup. We also got a glimpse of the new Galaxy S24 FE, a budget-friendly addition to the Galaxy S24 series line that was unveiled earlier this year. And finally, Samsung revealed a new watch that has cellular support. As mentioned at the outset, Samsung eliminated the base model, so there's no Galaxy Tab S10 that succeeds last year's 11-inch Galaxy Tab S9. This year, there are only two tablets to choose from: Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ (12.4-inch) and Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra (14.6-inch). Interestingly, unlike their predecessors, the Galaxy Tab S10 tablets no longer sport Qualcomm Snapdragon processors. Instead, they come with MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipsets. As Liliputing pointed out, this is interesting since MediaTek is often known for being packed inside budget devices (and the Galaxy Tab S10 series are not considered budget tablets). But Samsung claims that they have an 18 percent increase in CPU power as well as a 28 percent jump in graphics performance. We'll have to test these claims ourselves when we get the new tablets in for review. With Samsung leaning heavily into AI, it's no surprise that the Book Cover keyboards (which can be attached to the tablets) now have a new Galaxy AI key, giving you easy access to the AI assistant that was announced alongside the Samsung Galaxy S24 series earlier this year. Galaxy AI features include Sketch-to-Image, Circle to Search, and Note Assist. Plus, there's a Handwriting Help feature that helps tidy up your John Hancock. Samsung also claims that the new Galaxy Tab S10 series also has "long-lasting battery life" as well as ultra-fast charging. New features, aside from the new processor, include an improved speaker setup with an enhanced AI-powered "Dialogue Boost" perk, which increases voices in video and audio recordings. The Galaxy Tab S10+ starts at $999.99 while the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra starts at $1,199.99. Samsung Galaxy Watch FE was already introduced, but the company revealed that the watch will get the Galaxy AI features that are available on the pricier Galaxy Watch 7 series, enabling owners to get personalized insights into their health. Plus, the company also dropped a new LTE version of the Galaxy Watch FE. In other words, you'll have the opportunity to take calls, send messages, and track their progress from anywhere -- even if you don't have a connection to a phone. The Galaxy Watch FE LTE starts at $249.99. If you feel that the Samsung Galaxy S24 series is too pricey and offers too many bells and whistles for your taste, the new Galaxy S24 FE is for you. A quick look at specs: Borrowing from the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, the FE model also has a 50MP wide lens. It also sports an 8MP telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom. Plus, the phone supports a 12MP ultra-wide lens as well as a 10MP selfie camera. As you might have guessed, the Galaxy S24 FE also supports Galaxy AI, so you can enjoy the following features: The Galaxy S24 FE starts at $649.99. All devices are available for pre-order today. The Galaxy Tab S10 series, Galaxy Watch FE LTE, and the Galaxy S24 FE will start shipping on Oct. 3.

Whoops! Samsung accidentally leaks prices for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and Galaxy S24 FE
Samsung is no stranger to having its upcoming devices leaked, but this time, the company itself is to blame for the premature reveal, as it accidentally posted pre-order pages for both the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series ahead of their respective releases. Of course, those pages have since been removed, but not before WinFuture noticed the Galaxy S24 FE one and YtechB found the page for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 line. These pages most notably included US pricing, but also listed a few specs. Starting with the former, it's a mix of good and bad news. For the bad news, the price of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is a little higher than that of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, starting at $649.99 in the US. That's for the model with 128GB of storage, and is up from $599.99 for the Galaxy S23 FE. There's also a 256GB model for $709.99, which is similarly up $50 from its $659.99 predecessor. We don't know prices for other regions, but the UK pricing for the S23 FE was the same as the US pricing, so there's a high chance the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will start at £649.99 and rise to £709.99. Australian prices are a bit harder to predict, but they could start at around AU$999. It's better news for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 line, as prices there are listed as being the same as last year. That means the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus starts at $999.99 (for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage), rising to $1,119.99 for 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra costs $1,199.99 for 12GB/256GB, $1319.99 for 12GB/512GB, and $1,619.99 for 16GB/1TB. Again, there's no pricing for other regions, but there's a high chance that these will be the same as the previous models too, meaning the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus could start at £999 / AU$1,699, while the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra could start at £1,199 / AU$1,999. Oh, and we're not expecting a standard Samsung Galaxy Tab S10, which is why that hasn't been mentioned. Beyond prices, these pre-order pages also included some specs and other details. For example, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is listed as coming in blue, mint, graphite, and gray color options, and it's said to have a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide, an 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and a 10MP selfie camera. It's also listed as having a 6.7-inch 120Hz screen and an Exynos 2400e chipset, with availability apparently from October 3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Ultra are both listed in a choice of Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver shades. For specs, the Plus apparently has a 12.4-inch 1,752 x 2,800 AMOLED screen, 13MP and 8MP rear cameras, and a 12MP front-facing camera. The Ultra is listed as having a 14.6-inch 1,848 x 2,960 AMOLED screen, 13MP and 8MP rear cameras, and a pair of 12MP front-facing cameras. Both tablets are listed as being available from October 4. And if all that wasn't enough, leaker @MysteryLupin has shared what appears to be an official marketing video of the Galaxy Tab S10 line, focused on the AI skills of these tablets. You can see this via the embedded X post above, though it doesn't show much that hasn't previously leaked. We're expecting Samsung to fully unveil these devices tomorrow (September 26), though at this point there's probably not much left to see.

Samsung goes wild with Galaxy AI on the Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy Watch FE LTE, Galaxy Tab S10+, and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra
Samsung's Vice President of Product Management for mobile devices, Drew Blackard, kicked off Samsung's latest hardware event with a big plug for AI. On stage, Blackard confirmed that 75% of Samsung users have "actively engaged" with Galaxy AI with 18 million uses of Galaxy AI in one week, and said that Samsung expects Galaxy AI to reach 200 million devices worldwide by the end of this year. "This is AI where you need it, when you need it," Blackard said. Galaxy AI features like Circle to Search, Sketch to Image, and Live Translation will come to Samsung mobile devices of all kinds. That means Samsung phone, tablet, and watch owners can access helpful AI on more budget-friendly devices, rather than just high-end flagships. On top of that, Galaxy AI will be coming to its newly announced Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy Watch FE LTE, Galaxy Tab S10+, and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. If you're eager to use Samsung's newest AI features on its latest hardware, here's everything you need to know about Samsung's recent hardware and AI rollout. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S24 FE, a more affordable phone in the Galaxy S24 lineup. The S24 FE is available in four colorways: graphite, gray, blue, and mint. The Galaxy S24 FE features an Exynos 2400e processor, a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED 2X display, a larger vapor chamber cooling system, and a 4700 mAh battery. The phone features a triple camera array on the back, with a 50MP 24mm wide-angle lens, an 8MP 75mm telephoto lens, and a 12MP 123-degree ultrawide-angle lens. The front-facing camera is a 10MP 26mm wide-angle selfie lens capable of shooting video in 4K at 60 fps. Samsung offers the same level of support for the S24 FE as the other S24 phones: 7 generations of OS updates and 7 years of security updates. So you can keep using your Galaxy S24 FE for several years. Pre-orders for the Galaxy S24 FE are available now, with phones shipping on October 3, 2024. The 128GB model costs $649.99 while the 256GB model costs $709.99. While the Galaxy Watch FE has been available since June, Samsung is offering a new, LTE model of the Galaxy Watch FE so you can answer calls and texts from your Galaxy Watch FE without needing to carry your phone. The Galaxy Watch FE LTE has three color options: black, silver, and pink gold. Samsung is bringing multiple Galaxy AI features to the Galaxy Watch FE and Galaxy Watch FE LTE like Advanced Sleep Coaching and AI-powered fitness tracking with personalized tips to better meet your health goals. Pre-orders for the Galaxy Watch FE LTE are available now. With Bluetooth, WiFi, and 4G LTE service, the Galaxy Watch FE LTE costs just $249.99. The Galaxy Watch FE LTE will be shipping on October 7, 2024. With the launch of the LTE model, the regular Galaxy Watch FE has been discounted to $179.99. Like the other Samsung products announced today, the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra will feature plenty of Galaxy AI integrations like Circle to Search with Google for image-based search and text translation, Handwriting to help clean up your hand-written notes, voice-to-text support in Samsung Notes, Split View to get the most out of the S10+ and S10 Ultra's large displays, PDF Translations, Sketch to Image, and Smart Select. The Galaxy Tab S10 series of tablets feature a MediaTek DImensity 9300+ processor, dynamic AMOLED 2X display with anti-reflective coating, a quad-speaker array with AI-powered dialogue boost, a larger vapor chamber cooling system, IP68 water resistance, and an enhanced armor aluminum chassis. Pre-orders for the Galaxy Tab S10 series are available now. The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra starts at $1,199.99 while the Galaxy Tab S10+ starts at just $999.99. Both Tab S10 models come in two color options: Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver. The Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will arrive on October 3, 2024.

Samsung's own leak confirms no price hike for the Galaxy Tab S10 in the US
Supernote's upcoming note-taking tablet looks like a Remarkable killer Key Takeaways Samsung is gearing up to launch Galaxy Tab S10+ & S10 Ultra alongside the Galaxy S24 FE on September 26. The company accidentally leaked the US prices of the tablets, revealing they would cost the same as their predecessors. Trade-in deal will purportedly allow you to save up to $800 on the Tab S10 series. Samsung is gearing up to announce its new flagship tablets: the Galaxy Tab S10 lineup. Unlike the last few years, reports indicate the company will only launch the Tab S10+ and S10 Ultra this year, ditching the regular Tab S10 model, at least for now. Leaked renders have already given us a look at the upcoming tablets, which will look the same as their predecessors. As the Galaxy Tab S10's rumored September 26 launch date nears, an inadvertent slip-up from Samsung has revealed the US pricing of these tablets. Related Here's your first look at the dedicated AI button on Samsung's Galaxy Tab S10 AI is taking over, even on your tablet 1 Samsung's US team accidentally made the pages for the Galaxy Tab S10+, Tab S10 Ultra, and Galaxy S24 FE live, revealing their pricing. The company has since then taken down the pages, but the folks over at Ytechb were quick enough to note the prices. As recently reported, Samsung's page reaffirmed the Galaxy S24 FE's increased US pricing. The phone will retail for $650, a $50 hike over its predecessor. The 256GB model will apparently cost you $710. Unlike the Galaxy S24 FE, Samsung will supposedly keep the prices of its new tablets unchanged, as indicated by a leak from early September as well. The Galaxy Tab S10+ with 256GB storage should retail for $1,000, while the 512GB model may cost an extra $120. As for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, prices start from $1,200 for the 12GB/256GB configuration and will purportedly go up to $1,620 for the model with 1TB storage and 16GB RAM. Close The two tablets will seemingly be available in Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver shades. Samsung's new flagship tablets and FE phone could launch on September 26 The screenshots also show Samsung offering up to $800 instant trade-in credit against its new tablets. So, if you have an old tablet or phone lying around, you should be able to get the Galaxy Tab S10 series for a considerably lower price. Samsung is already accepting pre-reservations for the Galaxy Tab S10 series in India. The tablets and the Galaxy S24 FE should go official later this week, on September 26. They should then hit retail stores in most markets worldwide in the first week of October.

Samsung shows off what the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus can do in this leaked video ad
It also showcases the presence of a Galaxy AI button on official keyboard cases and the tablet's IP68 rating. The recent flurry of leaks surrounding Samsung's Galaxy Tab S10 family suggests an impending announcement of the company's flagship tablets for 2024. Following yesterday's leak of an official pre-order page, a new video ad for the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus has surfaced online, giving us a closer look at what to expect. The leaked video, posted by the reliable leaker Mystery Lupin on X (formerly Twitter), all but confirms that the Tab S10 family may not offer many significant upgrades compared to last year's Galaxy Tab S9 models. The video is pretty minimalistic, with some viewers even likening it to a "PowerPoint presentation." The ad's focus on AI features aligns with Samsung's broader emphasis in 2024. We see glimpses of features like Circle to Search and Sketch to Image, showcasing how the included S Pen can transform doodles into artwork. The video also confirms the presence of a dedicated Galaxy AI button on official keyboard cases, along with the tablet's IP68 rating, a standard feature in Samsung's flagship tablets. While the video remains sparse in details, there is one brief shot showing a bright light reflecting off the tablet's display. This could be referring to the new "anti-reflective" panels that the Galaxy Tab S10 series is rumored to incorporate. From previous leaks, we already suspect that Samsung will forgo the base 11-inch Galaxy Tab S10 model this year, focusing instead on the Tab S10 Plus and Tab S10 Ultra. The leaked Samsung listing indicates that the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus will start at $999.99 for 256GB, whereas the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will reportedly start at $1,199.99 for the 256GB model. While these prices match last year's Galaxy Tab S9 models, the absence of a base Tab S10 model means the entry point for Samsung's flagship tablets this year will be $1000, compared to last year's $800 option. With the growing number of leaks and the brief appearance of Samsung's official pre-order page, it seems that Samsung could announce the Galaxy Tab S10 series any day now.

Samsung Just Announced Three New Galaxy Devices
Samsung Unpacked may have wrapped up in July, but that doesn't mean the company is out of announcements. Following the new Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6, Samsung is back with three new devices: The Galaxy S24 FE (the "budget" entry in the Galaxy S24 line), as well as two new Galaxy tablets. Here's what's new. First up, the latest in Samsung's FE (Fan Edition) line of smartphones. The new Galaxy S24 FE shares some similarities with the Galaxy S24+ from earlier this year. That includes the 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, with an FHD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 and a 120Hz refresh rate, as well as an aluminum frame and squared-off design. The new phone is running the Samsung Exynos 2400e chip with 8GB of RAM, which should be plenty of power for Galaxy AI features like Circle to Search, AI Phone Edit, and AI Translate. The S24 FE has a 4,700 mAh battery with 25W Super Fast Wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Storage options include either 128GB or 256GB. For cameras, the S24 FE comes equipped with a 50MP primary wide lens, 12MP Ultra Wide, and 8MP telephoto, along with an 8MP selfie camera. Other specs include an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, facial recognition, and wireless support for Samsung DeX. The S24 FE comes in Graphite, Grey, Blue, and Mint. You can pre-order the Galaxy S24 FE today, and it'll launch on Oct. 3rd. Samsung unveiled two new models in the Galaxy Tab S10 series: the Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra. Noticeably absent is a base model, which would typically feature an 11-inch display. It's not clear why Samsung opted to skip releasing a base model tablet this year. The design of the Galaxy Tab S10 series is very similar to last year's model, with a aluminum build and a rounded squared-off design. Both models are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM depending on the storage option, a departure from the Qualcomm Snapdragon and Samsung Exynos of years past. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB for both the Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra, while the latter also offers a 1TB option. There's also a microSD card slot, which supports up to 1.5TB cards. The Galaxy Tab S10+ features a 12.4-inch display with a resolution of 2800 x 1752, while the Tab S10 Ultra has a 14.6-inch screen with a 2960 x 1848 resolution. Both tablets can last up to 16 hours of video playback: The S10+ has a 10,090 mAh battery, while the Ultra features an 11,200 mAh battery. For cameras, the Tab S10+ has a 12MP Ultra Wide on the front, while the Ultra has a 12MP wide lens. Both models come with a 13MP camera on the back. Other specs include an included S Pen, in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68 water and dust resistance, and Wi-Fi 6E (Tab S10+) and Wi-Fi 7 (Tab S10 Ultra). You can get the Galaxy Tab S10 series in Moonstone Grey and Platinum Silver. You can pre-order the Galaxy Tab S10 series today, and it'll launch on Oct. 3rd.

Samsung unveils new S10 AI tablets and Galaxy S24FE, making Galaxy AI accessible to many more
Samsung has today unveiled the new S10 series of tablets, and the FE edition of their S24 phone, all with Galaxy AI of course. Samsung has presented the new S10 series of tablets, and the FE edition of their S24 phone, all of which is supported by Galaxy AI, of course. The dedicated AI tablets come with new 14.6"/12.4" Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays, an S Pen, and a significant boost over the S9 series. For tablets, automated transcription via AI is now possible, same with briefs, direct PDF translation, and clarification of handwritten notes. The same help is available for sketching. Like all Galaxy AI, direct search via "Circle to Search" can be done from any app and even help with translation of both image, text or video. In the same way, no menu changes are needed for using the AI assisted features with the S Pen. The S10 series also includes a lot of improved support for third party apps such as Goodnotes, LumaFusion, Noteshelf3, Clip Studio Paint, PicsArt and Sketchbook. There will be two colours available for both models, and prices will vary depending on local conditions, still reflecting that it's a premium product. The Samsung S24 FE comes with a 6.7" 120 Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, 4700mAh battery, and the Exynos 2400 chipset that even has Ray-Tracing for gaming. The built-in Galaxy AI assists with both camera and the post editing, sporting a 50MP wide-angle lens as a main camera. The S24 FE has the new ProVisual Engine that enhances the "subtle textures" according to Samsung themselves. The main advantage is improved night time photography, better digital zoom, and colour optimisation. A number of post-processing features and effects are now also available, including moving and removing objects, addition of flair with cartoon and comic book filters, and instant slow-mo. Besides easily integration in to the Samsung Eco system, it also has improved security and uses a lot of recycled materials, with seven years of OS and security updates.

They are secured with Samsung Knox and can rely on AI features to lock them down further. The S10 Ultra has a 14.6-inch screen and the S10+ has a 12.4-inch screen. Both are Dynamic AMOLED 2X panels from Samsung.
