Advanced Thermal Solutions and Liquid Cooling Units for AI Infrastructure

The facility manufactures Vertiv CoolChip coolant distribution units (CDUs) that support liquid cooling applications, including direct-to-chip and rear door heat exchangers for high-density racks 1
