His mandate will include expanding existing customer accounts, driving adoption of AI-powered solutions and building a scalable enterprise business focused on measurable outcomes. He brings nearly two decades of experience across India, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and the US, spanning enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, partnerships, cloud, AI and digital transformation. "At Jio Haptik, my focus will be to help enterprises move from experimentation to scale, while building deeper customer relationships and a stronger global Enterprise growth engine," he added. Haptik currently works with more than 500 enterprises globally and has powered over 25 billion interactions across more than 10 channels in 135 languages since its founding in 2013, according to the company. More than 100 enterprises have adopted its voice AI capabilities, Haptik said. The company is now looking to accelerate its enterprise business across India, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Latin America (LatAm), with a focus on voice AI, agentic AI and AI-led automation. Haptik targets larger enterprise AI deals As part of his mandate, Adarsh will focus on moving customer relationships beyond individual AI projects towards strategic, multi-use-case partnerships. The company plans to help enterprises deploy AI across multiple customer journeys, channels and business functions, while increasing deal sizes through solutions built around AI agents, voice AI and end-to-end customer journey automation. Haptik will also develop vertical-specific AI solutions for sectors including banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), retail, telecom, healthcare, consumer and travel and hospitality.
