ElevenLabs lists BlackRock, Jamie Foxx and Longoria as new investors | TechCrunch
Voice AI company ElevenLabs revealed new investors that are part of its $500 million Series D fundraise, which was first announced in February. The additions include institutions such as BlackRock, Wellington, D.E. Shaw, and Schroders; enterprises like NVIDIA, Salesforce, Santander, KPN, and Deutsche Telekom; and individual investors such as Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria, and Squid Game creator Hwang Dong-hyuk. The startup also noted that it surpassed $500 million in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), after ending last year with nearly $350 million in ARR. The company's co-founder and CEO, Mati Staniszewski, said last month that ElevenLabs added $100 million in net new ARR in Q1 2026, ending the quarter at roughly $450 million in ARR. The company has also accelerated its valuation rapidly, growing from $6.6 billion last September to $11 billion this February. "Voice is the highest-stakes channel for any customer interaction, and the bar for quality, latency, and security is extremely high. ElevenLabs is not just a category leader - it is becoming a foundational enabler of Deutsche Telekom's broader Industrial AI vision. From voice-as-a-service to multilingual automation and in-network AI agents, we believe the company is uniquely positioned to reshape how businesses interact with customers across all channels," Karine Peters, Managing Director at Deutsche Telekom's venture arm T. Capital said in a statement. In the past quarter, the voice AI company has signed enterprise contracts with the likes of Deutsche Telekom, Revolut, and Klarna. ElevenLabs said that, besides the fundraising, it also closed a $100 million tender, a second in roughly six months after the company issued one last September. Staniszewski said in a blog post that the company will give an opportunity to retail investors to invest in ElevenLabs through Robinhood Ventures, but didn't provide details about the program. Staniszewski noted that consumers won't trust systems that sound robotic or "interact strangely" and emphasized the importance of building "human-level AI voice models." Last month, the company acquired the team from Polish voice AI startup Papla to bolster its research team.

ElevenLabs adds high-profile investors after annualized revenue tops $500M - SiliconANGLE
ElevenLabs adds high-profile investors after annualized revenue tops $500M ElevenLabs Inc., a developer of artificial intelligence models optimized for audio processing, today announced that several dozen investors have joined its latest funding round. The startup first closed the Series D investment in February with a $500 million haul. The raise valued ElevenLabs at $11 billion. ElevenLabs didn't specify the dollar value of its Series D extension. However, the company did disclose that the deal included the participation of Nvidia Corp.'s NVentures startup fund along with Blackrock, Wellington Management and other large financial institutions. They were joined by more than 30 entertainment industry figures including Jamie Foxx and Eva Longoria. ElevenLabs closed a $100 million tender offer in conjunction with the funding round. The transaction, which enabled existing investors to sell some of their shares, is the second of its kind that the company has completed in the past year. ElevenLabs launched its flagship Eleven v3 model in February. It can generate speech in more than 70 languages based on user-provided scripts. Compared to its predecessor, the algorithm is significantly better at complex voice synthesis tasks such as pronouncing long numbers and chemical formulas. ElevenLabs also added a feature that enables Eleven v3 to simulate conversations with multiple speakers. The company offers Elven v3 alongside more specialized algorithms. One of them, Eleven v2.5 Turbo, generates voice with average latency of about 75 milliseconds. Developers can use it to power applications that require the ability to respond to user requests in near real-time. ElevenLabs' other specialized models focus on use cases such as generating music and transcribing speech. Customers access the company's models through an application programming interface and a cloud service called ElevenAgents. The latter product makes it easier to integrate the algorithms into enterprise applications. According to ElevenLabs, ElevenAgents reduces the amount of work involved in optimizing details such as how a customer service chatbot should respond to interruptions. The company's third product is called ElevenCreative. As the name suggests, it's geared towards creative projects such as generating ad voiceover overalls. The cloud service provides access to a library of more than 10,000 AI voices. ElevenCreative's flagship feature is an audio file editor called Studio 3.0. Creative professionals can use it to generate synthetic voice, music and sound effects. It's also possible to refine the existing speech in a multimedia file. Studio 3.0 can isolate an audio segment that contains noise, remove it and add in an identical AI voice that doesn't contain noise.

Voice AI firm ElevenLabs tops $500 million ARR; announces additional funding - The Economic Times
Voice AI startup ElevenLabs has announced its annual recurring revenue has surpassed $500 million in early 2026. The company also secured additional funding in its Series D round, valuing it at $11 billion. This investment will fuel platform advancements and global expansion, focusing on human-like AI communication.Voice AI (artificial intelligence) startup Eleven Labs has said that its ARR (annual recurring revenue) crossed $500 million in the first four months of 2026, and also announced additional funding as part of its ongoing series D round, in which the firm raised $500 million at a valuation of 11 billion. The amount of the additional raise was, however, not mentioned by the company. "The investment -- the third close in our Series D fundraise -- comes as our business is accelerating,", cofounder Mati Staniszewski said in a blog post, adding that the company's growth is driven by enterprise deployment of voice agents across businesses. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) is the total revenue a company expects to earn from subscriptions or repeat customers over a year. ElevenLabs raised $500 million at an $11 billion valuation in February this year led by Sequoia Capital. In January, it raised $180 million in its series C funding at a valuation of $3.3 billion. Institutional investors, including global asset management firm BlackRock and investment management company Wellington, hedge fund D E Shaw and UK-based asset manager Schroders have participated in the series D round. Enterprises like Nvidia, Salesforce, global banking group Santander, Dutch telecom firm KPN, and Deutsche Telekom have also participated in the funding. These companies use Eleven Labs's products across functions, from customer support and sales to hiring and marketing operations, the company said in a blog post. The funding will be used to advance the platform by combining multimedia creation tools for marketing and building AI agents that support communication across channels, while also expanding globally, the company said. "We believe natural, human-like communication will be critical for the broad adoption of AI. As AI becomes more intelligent, communication will start to become the limiting factor. This is the problem we've been focussed on since ElevenLabs was founded," Staniszewski said. The fundraise follows the startup's January round, when it raised $180 million in a series C funding at a $3.3 billion valuation.
