It doesn't yet show you all the different plans, but that's likely a beta bug that will be resolved before launch. From what I've seen in the beta so far, it seems that a 2TB iCloud+ plan provides AI summaries for five cameras and the 12TB plan gets you 15. It's unclear what every other plan offers. But the language of this new upgrade page in the beta strongly suggests that each higher iCloud+ tier includes not only AI summaries for more cameras, but higher usage for other AI features too.
