By connecting their Indeed profiles, users can receive personalised job recommendations based on their skills, experience and preferences. Search jobs through a simple chat With the new experience, users can ask for roles in plain language for example, remote jobs or positions matching specific skills. The app then surfaces relevant listings, along with insights into companies, including overviews and employee ratings. While discovery happens inside ChatGPT, users are redirected to Indeed's website or mobile app to complete applications, schedule interviews and connect with employers.
