Meta's AI chatbot flaw let hackers take over 34,000 Instagram accounts without passwords

The breach affected 34,000 accounts, including Barack Obama's former White House page and major brands like Sephora. Of those, 20,000 were fully compromised, exposing personal data including email addresses and phone numbers.
